b. Private Cloud Infrastructure & Zero Public AI Training: All customer data, business knowledge configurations, and chat transcripts are stored in encrypted, private cloud databases. WE DO NOT USE YOUR PROPRIETARY BUSINESS DATA OR VISITOR CHAT LOGS TO TRAIN PUBLIC OR FOUNDATIONAL AI MODELS.
c. Quota & Rate Limiting: System conversation metrics are monitored to enforce subscription rate limits (e.g., 1,000 AI conversations per monthly billing cycle).

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers
We share data only with third-party service infrastructure strictly necessary to provide the Service:
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
