Welcome to Linkimpact (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website https://linkimpact.io and our Inbound AI Website Sales & Booking Assistant (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service
Linkimpact provides an embeddable website AI sales assistant designed to engage website visitors 24/7, answer business inquiries, qualify prospects, and guide qualified leads to schedule appointments via the subscriber's universal booking link (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot, Cal.com, Google Calendar).

2. Subscription & Billing
a. Subscription Fee: The Service is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis at $79/month USD (or such other price specified at checkout). Subscription fees are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle via Stripe.
b. Monthly Conversation Quota: Subscriptions include a generous quota of up to 1,000 automated AI visitor conversations per monthly billing cycle. Unused quota balance does not roll over.
c. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period with zero cancellation fees.

3. Website Widget Embedding & Client Responsibilities
a. Lawful Website Usage: The Client is authorized to embed the Linkimpact widget script exclusively on websites and digital properties owned or legally managed by the Client.
b. Business Knowledge & Accuracy: The Client is responsible for supplying accurate business information, service descriptions, and pricing guidelines in their dashboard settings.
c. Autonomous Nature: The Service utilizes advanced Large Language Model (LLM) artificial intelligence. While engineered to follow strict behavioral guardrails, the Client acknowledges that AI responses may occasionally vary and agrees to maintain reasonable oversight of business knowledge configurations.

4. Third-Party Scheduling Integrations
The Service allows subscribers to connect third-party scheduling tools (including Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Cal.com, and Google Calendar). Linkimpact is not responsible for calendar outages, meeting conflicts, or scheduling changes caused by third-party calendar providers.

5. Proprietary Rights & Customer Data
Linkimpact retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform software, widget scripts, backend engine, AI prompt graphs, API architectures, and branding. The Client retains 100% ownership of their website visitor leads, custom knowledge base data, and customer information.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkimpact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, lost sales opportunities, or missed calendar appointments) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
